The new Surf Rescue Club is located directly on the beach in Grömitz at the DLRG station. The aim was to create a concept that appeals to different target groups and is able to manage the store with fewer staff.
In cooperation with Chefs Culinar and the client, KRAMER Shopfitting developed the concept for the High 5 Deli, the Rooftop Bar and the Beach Corner. In order to be able to operate the gastronomy with the lowest possible staff density, the first “AitMe” robot to be used in Germany was located (https://www.aitme.com/de/).
To achieve the cosy surf shop look, mainly natural and sustainable materials were used. Some of these also have a vintage character and selected decorative elements were added to make the location more homely. This forms an enormous contrast to the modern technology used in the High 5 Deli.
