We implemented a well-thought-out shopfitting concept for the Nahrstedt bakery in the Bleicherasen retail park in Eisenach. The high-traffic location placed high demands on orientation, functionality, and product presentation.
We were responsible for the planning and implementation of the entire counter system, including the back wall, round bread counter in the entrance area, and seating in the indoor and outdoor areas. The round counter is positioned directly at the entrance, forming the central eye-catcher of the branch and supporting clear customer guidance.
The back wall with integrated lighting effectively showcases the baked goods. An additional baking island complements the concept and ensures flexible processes in everyday sales.
Around 60 seats were created in the café area. Warm materials, a variety of seating options, and a coordinated lighting concept create a pleasant atmosphere for short breaks and longer stays.
The result is a modern branch with a clear structure, a high quality of stay, and efficient processes in daily operations.
