At the EDEKA Neukauf Gotthardt, the service area has been purposefully upgraded and partially redesigned. The result is a fresh food section that builds on existing structures and impresses both functionally and aesthetically.
The centerpiece is the newly built fish counter in a striking ship shape. It serves as a clear focal point within the approximately 25-meter-long service area and, thanks to its curved form, creates an open, inviting atmosphere. The concept is complemented by warm wood surfaces and redesigned back panels, which give the area a clean and high-quality appearance. At the same time, the rest of the service area was converted to CO₂ refrigeration, and existing furniture was integrated.
The result is a seamless fresh food section that harmoniously combines technology, design, and function.
