We completely rethought the market concept for the Edeka Fiedler supermarket in Kiel and implemented it with great care. Existing areas such as the bakery, restaurant, and flower shop were harmoniously integrated into a modern, timeless overall design that clearly reflects the high-quality standards. The goal was to create a precise structure that makes it easy to find your way around and makes shopping noticeably easier. Our scope of services included planning the entire store and implementing the fruit and vegetable, convenience, organic shop, fresh food counters, and wine sections.
The concept was complemented by carefully placed graphic elements and deliberate spatial accents that lend the store additional depth. Special highlights include the Flex counter, the strikingly staged technology roundabout, and the wine area with its characteristic stone countertop. The result is a store in which design and function merge in a high-quality, harmonious interplay, and the overarching concept can be clearly experienced in every zone.
