Butcher’s shop Kadach

The name itself says it all: Rather than serving mundane fast food, this establishment delights customers with freshly prepared homemade burgers. In addition, there is a high-quality butcher’s shop with a wonderful range of dry-aged beef and tasty snacks, from breakfast to lunch and evening meal.

The significant connection to the local region was the main focus of this refurbishment. The captivating panelling of the striking 25-metre-long counter immediately grabs the attention of customers. Birch wood, like a unifying thread, elegantly weaves its decorative presence throughout the shop. The highlight is, without doubt, the imitation mine in the seating area – complete with entrance, solid wooden beams, partitions created from handmade concrete blocks and interior dark wall panelling, reminiscent of coal.

The two large cold rooms and one deep-freeze room behind the sales area were also supplied by KRAMER GmbH.
