The desire for high-quality materials took centre stage in this project. The counter front made of real wood matches the natural beauty of the Black Forest and the work surfaces made of high-quality granite offer particular durability and ergonomics.
A special feature is the custom-made, fully glazed bread roll chute, which perfectly emphasises the products and, thanks to the contrast with the black back wall, puts the focus fully on the products.
The café is divided into lively areas on the ground floor and a quieter lounge on the upper floor, complemented by a drive-in that operates independently of the rest of the café. A harmonious spatial concept, developed with a feng shui consultant, unites the shape and colour of the furniture.
