Butcher shop
Häuser
with bakery Bickert

During the renovation of the main branch of the Häuser butcher’s shop in Aschaffenburg, we were responsible for the entire shop fitting – from planning to final installation. The aim was to create a sales area that perfectly combined functionality, technology, and design. The result is a hybrid market with a market hall character, where the butcher’s shop, bakery, and fruit & vegetable section blend harmoniously.

The highlight of Germany’s first butcher’s shop with Waterloop technology is the counter area: a 12-meter-long refrigerated counter, 2.5 meters of which is a flexible self-service area. The concept is complemented by a separable SSB area with roller doors, a 9-meter-long snack area with three switch devices, and a self-order terminal for convenient ordering. Metal and glass partitions in industrial design set creative accents and create an open, transparent feeling of space.
