During the renovation of the main store of Häuser GmbH in Aschaffenburg, we were responsible for the entire store fitting – from planning and production to final installation. The aim was to create a modern, flexible sales area covering around 290 m² that seamlessly combines functionality, technology, and design. The result is a hybrid market with a market hall character, where the butcher’s, bakery, and fruit & vegetable sections interact harmoniously.
A central element is the 12-meter-long refrigerated counter with integrated waterloop-technology – 2.5 meters of which is a flexible self-service area. The concept is complemented by a separable self-service area with roller doors, a 9-meter-long snack bar with three switch devices, and a self-order terminal for convenient ordering. The project also sets accents in terms of design: metal and glass partitions in industrial design create clear structures and an open, transparent feeling of space.
The result is a well-thought-out, future-oriented market that combines classic counter areas with digital solutions.
