At the Genusswerk branch of the Kadach butcher’s shop, the name says it all: instead of bland fast food, homemade burgers are freshly prepared right in front of the customers. The range is complemented by a high-quality selection of meat products, dry-aged beef, and a comprehensive range of snacks—from breakfast to lunch to dinner.
The regional connection was clearly at the forefront of this renovation. The impressive 25-meter-long counter at the Genusswerk branch immediately catches the eye with its striking cladding. Birch wood runs through the store like a decorative thread. The design highlight is the appearance of a tunnel in the seating area, including the entrance, with solid wooden beams, partition walls made of handmade concrete blocks, and dark wall paneling inside that is reminiscent of coal.
The two large cold rooms and the freezer room behind the sales area were also supplied by our company.
