Thüringer Landstolz with Backhaus Nahrstedt

Blick auf beide Projekte

For the new store concept of Thüringer Landstolz and the Nahrstedt bakery in Brotterode-Trusetal, we implemented the complete interior fit-out of the sales areas – including the design and furnishing of the shared seating area. The result is a place that offers more than just local supplies: a modern combination of butcher’s shop, bakery, post office and ATM right next to the town hall and school – ideal for local people.

We attached particular importance to a harmonious combination of the two trades. The counter front of the butcher’s shop was made from real wine barrels, complemented by a massive sausage hanger on rustic wooden beams. The bakery area impresses with a striking bread shelf and steel elements that add industrial charm. The communal seating area offers space for around 40 guests and has been consistently coordinated with the overall concept in terms of materials, color scheme and lighting.

A successful example of how modern design and regional identity can be harmonized.
