For Elias Boulanger, we supported an extraordinary concept that deliberately thinks outside the box. The bakery focuses on a strong, analog appearance. Offer and information boards are written on by hand every day, giving the space its special character. Despite the very limited space, an open, functional environment with a warm atmosphere was created.
Our team implemented the entire interior design. This includes seating, lighting, wall, ceiling, and floor colors, the custom-designed counter, the entire interior design, as well as the dish return and bread cabinet. All elements are coordinated and visibly convey the identity of the concept to the outside world.
Special highlights are the dish return and the bread cabinet. Both components show how carefully the processes have been thought out and set clear design accents. The counter was completely individually planned and deliberately not implemented as a standard solution.
With this project, we show how strong ideas can be realized even in the smallest of spaces and how design, function, and identity can be combined to form a harmonious whole.
