At the Stölzel bakery in the Permoser Eck shopping center in Leipzig, a concept was developed that impressively combines craftsmanship and modern design. A space covering around 100 m² was created that welcomes customers with its clear structure and warm atmosphere. The planning included the entire counter system, a back wall with bread shelves, custom-made back cabinets, seating, and room dividers – every detail precisely coordinated. Striking accents are set by the steel room divider separating the checkout area and the slanted bars, which are also found as a design element in the wall and counter front.

Herringbone tiles on the counter and wall emphasize the high-quality, craft-inspired look. This has created a space that is not only functionally impressive, but also offers customers a shopping experience that perfectly combines authenticity and style.
