At the Stölzel bakery in the Permoser Eck shopping center in Leipzig, we implemented the entire interior design concept for the sales and seating area—paying attention to every detail. The store covers around 100 m² and combines modern craftsmanship aesthetics with functional design for everyday use.

Our planning and implementation included the complete counter system, the back wall with bread shelf, all back cabinets, the seating, and custom-made room dividers. Particularly striking: the steel room divider separating the EDEKA checkout area and the slanted bars as a design element – both in the wall design and as a distinctive motif in the counter front. The herringbone tiles in the counter cladding and on the wall also create a high-quality, handcrafted look.

With this project, we demonstrate once again how thoughtful design and precise implementation work together – from the initial idea to the final touch.
