The Müller-Herkommer butcher’s shop in Freiburg has been completely redesigned. The counter and display shelves in a modern black steel look create clear structures and maximum clarity. The warm dishes, which change daily, are now presented in a visible and inviting way, emphasizing the freshness and quality of the goods even more. Parallel to the structural modernization, the graphic design was also updated—from the logo to the choice of materials, everything fits together harmoniously. The entire concept was developed by KRAMER GmbH and combines functionality with an inviting, high-quality spatial effect.
