The fully glazed modular units with triple solar control glazing offer optimum light incidence and protection against heat. The sophisticated cubature blends elegantly with elements of the Black Forest.
The project covers 308 square metres, efficiently utilised by seven modules. Each module measures 3.50 m in length, 14.50 m in width and 3.40 m in height, with a weight of up to 18 tonnes. This size enables optimum space utilisation and flexible partitioning.
The modules were manufactured in four months and assembled on site in six weeks, saving a considerable amount of time.
