Bakery
Höflinger Müller
At the station square in Dachau, we were commissioned to build a modern bakery branch for Höflinger Müller that shows a lot of character in a very small space. The new building was constructed using a modular design and we fitted out both the interior and exterior. The ground floor houses the compact preparation and sales area, while above it, a roof terrace with sun protection invites visitors to linger.
It was particularly important to create a coherent overall concept despite the limited space. The result is a functional, clearly structured shop design with a high quality of stay and a striking long-distance effect in this busy location. For us, this is a fine example of how efficiency, design, and atmosphere can be combined even in compact projects.
