Through the combination of theoretical training at a vocational training college and practical training at KRAMER, you will become a proficient specialist in your chosen profession.
We attach great importance to providing high quality and comprehensive training and development. Moreover, the vast majority of our apprentices have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience in the various departments and actively participate in a range of events and projects.
Dual study courses at KRAMER
Both academic and vocational training are integrated in our dual study programme. At the Cooperative State University, you embark upon a specialised course of study, enabling you to directly enter your chosen profession at KRAMER as a student.
Our students undergo practical training as proficient specialists while completing their Bachelor’s degree in just three years. Afterwards, they can look forward to all the opportunities of a career in a family-run and growing company.
